DR NURMAZILAH MAHZAN, CA(M), CPA(M), ASEAN CPA, CGMA, CMIIA
Dr. Nurmazilah Dato’ Mahzan is a member of The IFRS Foundation Integrated Reporting and Connectivity Council (IRCC) and is an independent board member of various companies. She previously served on the Integrated Reporting Framework Board and was the CEO of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA). During her tenure at MIA, she implemented a risk management system, enhanced governance through technology adoption, and improved branding. She also led strategic, operational, and financial planning efforts to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. Dr. Nurmazilah has engaged with stakeholders from various sectors globally and delivered keynote addresses on Integrated Reporting, ESG, and the future of Corporate Reporting. She holds a PhD in accounting from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, and holds the Certified Risk Management and Assurance qualification. She recently completed a course on climate change and Net Zero from the University of Cambridge. Dr. Nurmazilah has played active roles at the International Federation of Accountants, International Integrated Reporting Framework Board, and ASEAN Federation of Accountants. She is a member of various accounting organizations and has served in several council and board member positions.

MR JUNAIDY AB-MUTALIB, CA(M), FCA(ICAEW)
Mr Junaidy Ab-Mutalib is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in audit and industry in Malaysia and the UK. Mr Junaidy is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (‘ICAEW’), a member of Malaysian Institute of Accountants and holds BSc Hons (first class) degree in Accountancy from Cardiff University. Currently he is a Director of Audit and Assurance at PKF International. Mr Junaidy also sits on the Ethics Board of ICAEW in London. His past experiences include holding senior finance position such as CFO at listed companies, leading risk management, audit and corporate finance positions at various organisations.

MS. MAZLIANA MOHAMAD, CA (M), CGMA
Ms. Mazliana has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, auditing, risk management, and compliance in various industries. She started her career at Maybank in 1997 and later worked as a credit risk specialist at a development bank in 2004. From 2010 to 2016, she was the Regional Head of Audit & Consulting Services at Group AirAsia, where she led assurance and advisory services, including risk management and revenue assurance. She also established the risk management and audit functions at Multimedia Development Corporation from 2006 to 2010. Ms. Mazliana is currently the Director of Risk & Compliance at Bursa Malaysia, where she oversees governance, risk management, compliance, and integrity functions. She is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant and holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School.

MS. NADIAH FIRDAUS MOHD FIRDAUS CA(M), ACPA
Ms. Nadiah Firdaus binti Mohd Firdaus has 16 years of experience in financial & accounting, strategic & management, IPO listing, and merger & acquisition in trading, manufacturing & construction industry. She has handled backlog audit and taxes, established internal standards of procedures, and implemented ERP systems to improve business performance. She was a member of the Due Diligence Working Group responsible for successfully listing the company in the LEAP Market of Bursa Malaysia. Ms. Nadiah currently holds a senior management role as a Chief Financial Officer for Fibromat (M) Berhad and joint Company Secretary for Fibromat Group. She manages Account & Finance, Human Resources and Procurement, & Logistics (Import & Export) department. Ms. Nadiah has an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University, UK, a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons.) from University Tenaga Malaysia, and a Diploma of Business Studies from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM). She is a member of Malaysia Institute of Chartered Accountants (MIA) and ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant.

MS. NORHERIENDA BINTI ABDUL KADIR, CA(M), MICPA
Pn Norherienda began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Johor Bahru and currently works as a Deputy General Manager of Financial Management & Reporting at Johor Corporation. She previously worked as a Senior Corporate Manager in the Financial Reporting Division at KPJ Healthcare Berhad. Pn Norherienda has served as Chair of the MIA Young Professional Working Group (YPWG), a Regional Committee Member for the MIA Johor Region from 2012 to 2015, and a member of the MIA Young Professionals Committee (YPC) subcommittees.

MR WONG WEN TAK, CA (M), FCA (ICAEW)
Mr Wen Tak started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC) London for almost four years. He then returned to Malaysia to work in the family business, M.S. Wong & Co. Currently, he is the Managing Partner at Grant Thornton Johor Bahru, an Independent, Non-Executive Director, and Head of Audit Committee at Gromutual Bhd. Mr. Wen Tak also holds positions as an Approved Company Auditor and Licensed GST Tax Agent. He is a member of the MIA Johor Regional Committee, the Young Professionals Committee (YPC), and the MIA Young Professional Working Group (YPWG).

TS MAHLINDAYU TARMIDI
Ts. Mahlindayu Tarmidi is an Accounting Lecturer at Universiti Tenaga Nasional in Muadzam Shah, Pahang, with over 18 years of industry and academic experience. She specializes in Accounting Information Systems and has published over 90 academic works in journals and conference proceedings. Mahlindayu has a Master's in Management (Information Technology), a Bachelor of Accounting (Hons), and a Diploma in Education. She is also a certified HRDF and ICDL Trainer and registered Professional Technologist. Ts. Mahlindayu is passionate about technology development in education and regularly organizes internal and external trainings for students and school teachers. Her motto is "Sharing is caring, caring is loving, and loving is giving. May Allah ease everything."
